Address Book

I. The Big Picture:

The Address Book application enables community members to create and maintain a custom archive of contact, birthday, and personal information and provides the community member with Web access to this information. The information can be searched by reference to a variety of fields. The application also enables the user to have an email reminder of upcoming birthdays sent to themselves a number of days before the birthday is to occur.

II. Features:

  • Directory of contact, birthday, and personal information
  • Search function allows directory search across a variety of fields
  • Birthday reminders can be automatically emailed to the community member a member-selectable number of days prior to the birthday's occurance.
